I have learned to play a guitar but I don’t have any idea how to start learning Lead Guitar? I’m so lost! Pls. Help me… if its step by step it’s ok! Thanks!
What about the scales like pentatonic and etc.? When practicing lead do I have to study them too?

You don’t really "play" lead guitar. You hold the position in a band as being the lead guitarist. If you want to play lead, then you have to be fairly good at guitar. Work on it first.
Lead guitar is a position in a group. Not a type of instrument. A guitar made of lead would be heavy.
There’s a great three-DVD instructional set that teaches all the scales you’ll need to create elaborate leads. And toward the end of the lessons, it actually teaches you how to write and play leads. I bought the DVDs after having played for more than 20 years and can’t believe how much my playing has improved.
